Mark,

Interesting food for thought ... as always. I tend to think about my Facebook profile as seperate from work -- using it primarily to communicate with family and friends. However, as I develop more relationships stemming from social media engagement, the lines between work-friends, friend-friends and "twitter-friends" (for lack of a better phrase) become blurred. Thanks for presenting an alternative viewpoint. I think I'm going to have to rething my approach to Facebook.

Heather (@prtini)

BTW, love the new site! :)

Nice post, Mark. Love the new website design and graphic of yourself. One note: Make sure you delete the "Hello World" template from Wordpress :) TT2L8R

So depressed I didn't pop your comment cherry, Dr. I obviously need to get my game on!

Interesting thoughts on the Facebook TOS incident and excellent point about the different ways people use social media.

Actually, I have been reflecting on my use of Facebook recently--I'm like you, I want to let everyone in. But I'm growing increasingly dissatisfied with my inability to keep up with the people who have friended me. And I only (only?) have 450 friends!
